NaNoWriMo is in full swing. Around the world, hundreds of thousands of folks are writing a 50,000 word novel in November. Some do it because they are writers looking for some structure and motivation. A lot of folks do it just for the challenge -or the fun.

Roving Write In

NaNo Brisane took to the rails last weekend, as a group of writers lugged laptops, netbooks and notepads onto trains. Impressive wordage was achieved in a fun day of roving writing!

  1. David,

Sigh. I was all keen to come this year, but I’m flying to Perth that day. I won’t even have comfy pixels to rest on.

I hope everyone has fun, anyway.

P.S. wouldn’t ‘Comfy Pixels’ be a great name for a blog?
P.P.S. is it sad that five years ago I would have said “Isn’t ‘comfy pixels’ a great name for a band?”, and yet now blogs come to mind first?

  2. Meg,

Lololol :P We’ll miss you, David… But you should totally start that blog. Or band!
